چکیده :

This research has been done by the aim of studying the relation between organizational intelligence and productivity of personal of Ardabil Islamic Azad University at 2012- 2013 academic year. The research method was descriptive- correlation and has been done as the field method. The population were all the personnel of the university (400 people) and the sample were 200 people based on Morgan Table that were selected by classified random sampling. Two standard questionnaires organizational intelligence of Albresht and productivity of Hersi and Gold Smith were used for collecting data which their reliabilities calculated 0/90 and 0/91 by Cronbach's alpha. The results from data analysis by SPSS software indicated that there was a positive and meaningful relationship between all aspects or dimensions of organizational intelligence and productivity.Also, the regression analysis indicated that among the elements of organizational intelligence, tendency to change, strategic insight and knowledge were able to anticipate productivity. According to these results, paying attentionto three elements can play an important role in promoting the level of productivity of personnel.
