This study have been conducted to assess the level of development and rural district ranking of Qorveh county in terms of facilities and services,and its main purpose is to find the level of inequality and the gap between the Qorveh rural districts and kind of their livelihoods.The population under study, include total research of Qorveh county and eight indicators which examined in this study, emphasize onproblems, services and facilities in the rural districtsin the field of development indicators.The research method in this study is a descriptive - analytical method and data collection method is attributive-survey method.Results indicate that the most developed rural district of the county is southern Ilagh and the most deprived one is Lak, The gap between them is seven times and the maximum difference between Qorveh rural districts is seen among livestock and agriculture industriesindicators and the lowest difference is seen in the field of education and healthcare and finally we can say that inequality and deprivation in the Qorveh county more rooted in management practices, planning and how to distribute and operate existing facilities.
