چکیده :

This study has been conducted to investigate the mediating role of organizational innovation over the effects of organizational learning capabilities on organizational performance in Shiraz industrial cities. In this study, the organizational learning capacity including the components of management commitment, systemic view, open space and experiment, sharing, unifying the knowledge. Questionnaire was used to assess the variable of the study and the questionnaire was distributed among 205 of the sample population of the study including all of the managers and experts of the companies in Shiraz industrial site. The research method was a descriptive correlational. In order to answer to the research questions and study the hypotheses of the study by smart-PLS software, structural equations studies were used and the analysis of the route was done by the least partial square (PLS) was used. The results show that, the organizational learning capacities have positive and significant effects on organizational performance. The results also confirm the positive and significant effects of organizational learning capabilities on organizational innovation. The results also show that organizational innovation has positive and significant effects on organizational performance and organizational learning capabilities on organizational performance with the mediating role of organizational innovation. Thus, through improvement of organizational learning in the companies and paying attention to its capabilities, it is possible to reinforce the organizational innovation in the companies and thus, promote organizational performance.
