An often – heard accusation is that the WTO system treats trade as the priority, at the expense of environmental and humanitarian objectives. This accusation became a motivation to investigate is it true to consider the WTO activities as a danger for environment especially in developing countries or not? For finding an answer to this accusation, at first this article looked at the overall relationship between trade and environment and after that has tried to analyze the WTO activities and regulations affections on developing countries environment to figure out how trade and its regulations can protect or ruin developing countries environment and the WTO as a outstanding organization what can and must do to protect the world and LDCs environment.
