Leadership style of managers is one of the factors contributing to the increasing effectiveness, efficiency and the productivity of organizations. In this paper, by using fuzzy mathematics is presented a hybrid model of Hersey-Blanchard leadership styles and Blake-Mouton Leadership Network. In the first phase, two fuzzy systems has been designed that inputs in the first system are: attention to the production and attention to the staff, and outputs are: leadership styles of participating, supporting, delegating and telling, respectively. These outputs as inputs to the second system are considered, and the output of the second system is consist of clubs leadership, teams' leadership, autocratic leadership and intangible leadership. In the second stage, inputs and outputs are partitioned into each system separately and are converted to fuzzy numbers. In the third stage, inference rules are expressed. Defuzzification at the fourth stage is done. Finally, a hybrid model of both systems is presented.
