Objectives: The purpose of this research was recognition and investigation of biographical characters and explanation of its relation to entrepreneurship spirit of Mazandaran university students.
Prior Practices: The explanation of enabling of knowledge management on knowledge management process.
Approach/Methods: data collection instruments were documents and special questionnaire with reliability of 90%. The statistical tests were T-students, variance analysis and Alpha cronbach.
Results/Insights: The results of research reveal that biographical characters consist of gender, marital status, employment, birth arrangement, age, father's educational level and mother's educational level do not have meaningful influence on entrepreneurship spirit except age.
Implications to Community/Industry: The recognition of society entrepreneurship situation is motivation for creation of employment and effective institution and result in economical, social, cultural development.
Value to the Theme: Cause to permanent development and entrepreneurship motivation multiplier.
