Objectives: The main purpose of this research is the explanation of Knowledge creation processes effects on organizational creativity in small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) of Iran by means of an empirical examination and presentation the structural equation between those.
Prior Practices: Innovation aspect of this article is considering to the indirect effects of KCP’s variables on organizational creativity in addition to those direct effects and based this effect presents a structural equation model.
Approach/Methods: The study in this paper is fundamentally based on Lee and Choi’s (2003) conceptual model in an empirically examination in Iran SMEs. To prove the effects of KCP on organizational creativity and it contribution, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 300 active SMEs in Iran. Then, statistical analyses do by software of SPSS 14 and Lisrel 8.50.
Results/Insights: Statistical results demonstrate the proposed structural model have best-fitting comparison with data of real world. The outputs of Lisrel 8.50 show the direct and indirect effect of KCP on organizational creativity.
Implications to Community/Industry: Manager of Small and Medium size Enterprises of can use the structural equation of organizational creativity to measure their firms’ potentials for performance improvement and find the situation of their firm’s across other rivals.
Value to the Theme: The statistical method in this study can show new approach avenues for further research. This article encourage researcher to use from complete structural equation in their empirical study.
