چکیده :

This study aimed to identify factors influencing on organizational trust between banks’ staff in Shahrekord and population was bank staff. For gathering data in this study, the questionnaire was used included Organizational Trust Questionnaire. The study method was correlative. In this study, due to data normality parametric tests were used, including Pearson correlation and Fisher and t-test. The results of this study showed that there is a significant relation between organizational trust and talent. Also, the results indicated that there are a significant relationship between organizational trust and gender so that organizational trust is more among men than women, and the results showed that the amount of organizational trust was associated with education, but no marital status.
