چکیده :

A rapidly changing world has created a society craving for speed and action. In this world of changing conditions and priorities, leaders and individuals' contributors alike must be able to look beyond the now and take a more strategic leadership approach to their work and responsibilities. Without effective strategic leadership, the probability that an organization can achieve superior or even satisfactory performance when confronting the challenges of the global economy will be greatly reduced. In this research we study the impact of strategic leadership on organizational performance in Iran- automotive industry, and for financial performance measurement we used a questionnaire which is based on key performance indicators in finanancial looking. The statistical population consists of experts and managers in this industry, and our sample population using unlimited sample size formula is 384, and In order to assess the validity we referred to advisors, supervisors, and some experts, also used factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using SPSS and Cranach's alpha Coefficient obtained to be 0.91, indicating the reliability of the research tool. Data analysis and hypothesis testing have done by Smart PLS software, which results showed that strategic leadership has significant impact financial performance.
