چکیده :

Job Consistency (job-employed fit) is a basic issue in human resource management. The assumption has been approved that existence of this appropriateness of organizational necessity is for human resource productivity. Therefore, the main purpose of this article is studying job consistency and its relationship with organizational commitment of national Iranian oil refining and distributing company headquarters Staff Information collection tools for measurement of organizational commitment was Allen and Meyer questionnaire including 15 questions and for measuring Occupational proportion the Knowledge questionnaires, Job skill and ability of international job databank (occuptional Information Network) were used. Each of the questionnaires on the average includes 21 questions. Stability of organizational Commitment questionnaire was 0.89 and stability of job fit measurement was 0.87, because kronbakh Alfa in both is over 0,70, thus both questionnaires had enough stability. Statistical community was 150 people. According to the accidental Sampling method 80 People as a statistical Sample were chosen and finally 78 questionnaires were collected. For identifying normality of information Two-Sample kolmogorov Smirnov Test was used and the data normality rate accepted .the research assumptions using independent T-Test were tested and their meaningful positive effects were proved, so that some staffs that were consistence in occupational necessities had more organizational commitment. The other result of this paper reveals the fact that only 40% of staffs in this company were completely appropriate in occupational necessities and this company is weak in this Job Appropriateness Survey and its Relationship with Staff Organizational Commitment (The Case Study in National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company).
