The criminal responsibility is one of basically challenging points that it can be
observed and it was no acceptance in different parts before the admission of
computer crimes at 2009. The admission of criminal responsibility of legal ones
made revolting at criminal regulations and also the principles at investigation of
one's' crimes that each of them express different views at Iran legal system. Hence
it should be analyzed first the trend of admission of such responsibility in Iran.
This paper is going to analyze the domain of responsibility and capacity of legal
ones in criminal crimes at Iran legal system depending on investigation of
.abduction disordering to go forward in this case
