PROFESSIONAL ETHICS, HIGH EDUCATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

The present study aimed to investigate professional ethics and sustainable development. The study method was library and the data analysis was analyticaldescriptive. The ethics is like pillar on which the human communities are based. Ethics is an important criterion to determine the correct behaviors of all the society phenomena including various professions in relation to the society and a person. Ethics based behaviours guarantee achieving the full development of human life. Sustainable development needs ethics-based people with systematic thoughts, informative and with applied knowledge. Educating human resources with applied knowledge requires management and development of knowledgebased training in professional ethics along sustainable development. The present study described the importance of training professional ethics to the students by creating knowledge ring including university and industry to achieve ethics-based sustainable development.
