Determining appropriate locations for the establishment of disaster relief centers, food storage silos and accommodation of accident victims during crisis is among the most important issues in the long-term planning to reduce the devastating effects of natural crises. This research has been conducted with method of descriptive - analytical with the aim of analyzing the current situation of establishing temporary site accommodation and food storage silos and right locating of these places according to the standards and technical specifications. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyze the data and in this regard, the 16 indicators are used including access to health centers and communication, access to the fire station, etc. Based on the research findings and analysis of the data, it was found that access to all parts of city in these sites and centers is not optimal and standard state. Also by matching the final map obtained from model of locating with map of current status establishing sites of temporary accommodation and food storage sites in the city of Rasht were found that among 4 available sites of emergency accommodation, 2 sites are located in areas with good value, 2 site are located in areas with moderate value and the number 1 site is located in weak areas and 2 food storage silos are in Jirdeh-Shaft roads in weak areas and food storage silos at site of red crescent of Rasht in road of Rasht - Anzali has been located In the area of land with good value and very good. Continue to cover all the Rasht attempted to locate 5 site of offered temporary accommodation.
