چکیده :

Armed with an overview of distance education in Iran, this research addresses the issues in providing information resources & services to the distance education students of Shiraz University. Using a survey methodology, the investigator ran SPSS Software to analyze data through both descriptive& inferential statistics. Findings of the study showed the most necessary library services respectively. The results also revealed that although Virtual Institute of Shiraz University does not offer any mentionable library service, the majority of electronic students are making use of other information resources in their studies.
