چکیده :

In post modern industrial society, knowledge is a key source. Since, only some parts ‎of knowledge become internal and the rest is done by people, then, against production ‎activities, supervising and controlling scientific activities is too difficult. As other ‎organizations, national petrochemical company confronts various conflicts in training ‎and controlling knowledge.‎ ‎ In this paper, beside to study barriers to achieve an implied knowledge, strategies to ‎achieve an tacit knowledge and convert it to an organizational knowledge in ‎mentioned company is reviewed, so applying this hidden resource, would be possible.‎ ‎ In order to collect data based on learning-enrichment model which consists of seven ‎components of learning by doing, simulation, essay writing, coaching, nurturing skills ‎of knowledge`s creating and transmission, decision making based on modeling and ‎profound learning through recognition learning methods, a questionnaire with 68 ‎respondent were applied. An opinion polls was conducted on staff in management ‎information and planning, research and development, general engineering and process ‎engineering units as scientific staff, about approach tools to profound learning and ‎intelligence kinds, too.‎ ‎ The research`s result is to determine effectiveness degree of each seven components ‎in learning enrichment model.‎
