Taking passive defensive actions in the current asymmetric warfares in order to confront the hostile attacks and reduce the damages from air, land or sea strikes of belligerent country is a fundamental issue and its different aspects affect all infrastructures and vital and sensitive military, non-military, political, communication and connection centers such as ports, airports, bridges, infrastructures of key products such as refineries, power plants, huge industrial complexes and undefeatability at war and is remarkably dependent on inclusive organization and planning as far as the vital issue of passive defence is concerned. An important and crucial part of this preparedness under asymmetric threats is to adopt passive defensive strategy to neutralize, reduce and diminish the damages and casualties of possible air strikes of enemy on important centers and to promote the threshold of national resistance. That is why the current paper intends to study the passive defence as far as asymmetric warfare is concerned and to respond to the question how the principles of passive defence could be applied to the asymmetric warfare.
