چکیده :

The Air port and aviation industry are important factors in economic growth of each country and have been attendant by politicians as one of the main tools for increasing the employment. In developed countries, this industry is considered as one of the most important governmental priorities due to employment, economic growth and etc. In this paper, we investigate the impassive factors on the productivity of personnel of Mother Company of Air ports in Iran as the most relative company in aviation industry. The role of this organization in economic growth is undeniable. Therefore, it has been considered as a good case study in this field. First, the effective factors on human resources promotion are determined by reviewing the related literature and after that they are prioritized using Fridman's test.
