چکیده :

One of the limiting factors in rice cropping in north part of the country is temperature oscillation, especially temperature decrease. The most of native and high yielding cultivars of rice are sustain the injuries caused by environment temperature decrease, in early growth stage and in the other stages probably. In the crop year of 2010, an experiment was conducted in greenhouse of Rice Research Institute of Amol, on Tarom cultivar, in order to investigate the temperature apply in different growth stages of rice plant. The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with three replications. Experiment’s treatments included: T1- Transplanting establishment to tillering stage, T2- Tillering to V-shaped leaves, T3- V-shaped leaves to flowering, T4- Flowering to graining and complete ripening, T5- Control from the first transplanting to complete ripening at 32 oc and T6- Being in stress condition from the beginning of transplanting to complete ripening at temperature of 14 oc. Plant height, the number of fertile tillers, leaf surface, chlorophyll content, yield and yield components were measured in this experiment. The results showed that the temperature of 14 oc caused decreases of height, tillering and leaf surface of rice, in growth stage, and low temperature causes non-inoculated of cluster and emptying of grains and yield decrease, in natal stage, especially 10 days before heading, also chlorophyll content was significantly decreased in low temperature, increase the amount of hydrogen peroxide causes destruction of chloroplast membrane and photosynthesis decrease ultimately. Chilling sensitiveness is different in different growth stages of Tarom cultivar and the most damage of cool stress was observed in heading stage.
