چکیده :

Here, we consider a market in which customer and vendor are the two components. Intelligent agents function as decision aids to automate variety of tasks and facilitate decision making. A market analysis carried out investigating the included components. To conceptualize the interaction between customer and vendor, a virtual intelligent agent is proposed to perform optimization decisions namely, minimizing the total delivery cost and minimizing the total delivery time. The optimization is fulfilled with respect to several attributes related to the customer and vendor intelligent agents. The validity and applicability of the proposed mechanism is illustrated in a numerical example.
