چکیده :

This research has done by the aim of considering job dimensions on the amount of organizational commitment of Mazandarean welfare organizational staff, considers job importance, variety of tasks, professional identity, authority and independence of the job, and feedback relations. Research population consists of 950 people of Mazandaran welfare organization staff that 274 people are selected through Morgan table as sample size and the questionnaire was considered with appropriate reliability and validity among these people. In this part, statistical Methods such as Pearson correlation and linear test from spss software were used. Based on research findings from Pearson correlation test there is meaningful relationship organizational commitment as dependent variable and job dimensions as independent variable and according to the value of correction coefficient it can be said that this relationship is positive, it means that job dimensions have effect on organizational commitment. So through regression relationship it can be said that job dimensions can predict staffs organizational commitment and Friedman test also shows that tasks importance has the highest order and task identity has the highest order and task identity has the lowest order in the staffs perspective.
