چکیده :

In today's complex world of communication, the relationships between emotional intelligence and communication effectiveness and also between communication effectiveness and strategic alignment in organizations especially in Iran remain a key topic of concern among managers and employees. Emotional intelligence (EI) and communication effectiveness has been proposed as important predictor of key organizational outcomes besides being influential in strategic alignment. Emotional intelligence (EI) and communication effectiveness play an important role in the process of communication and social development. This paper is focuses on communication and social development subjects in the domain of educational administrations and the Agriculture Bank of Iran. In this paper, knowledge as moderator variables is concluded as playing a vital role and impacts the relationship between emotional intelligence and communication effectiveness as well as the relationship between communication effectiveness and strategic alignment between managers and employees. In the current study, emotional intelligence as independent variable, communication effectiveness as the mediator variable, knowledge as moderator variable, and strategic alignment was implemented as dependent variable. The dimensions of emotional intelligence in this paper included: (intrapersonal, interpersonal, and adaptability). Data (N = 315) for this study were collected through questionnaires filled up by managers and employees of the educational administrations and Agriculture Bank of Iran. The methods for collecting data were library, field study, and assessment through Questionnaire. The content validity of the research was approved, and structure and facial method and measurement permanency validity were assessed through method of Cronbach’s Alpha 5 by (5.9560). The assessment hypotheses of the research were analyzed by the formulas and analyzed via Kendall’s coefficient of concordance and the analysis of variance by Kruskall-Wallis. On reviewing the literature, it showed that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and strategic alignment when communication effectiveness was the mediator of this relationship. Additionally, the results from various studies emphasized the need for organizations to use communication effectiveness as mediator to consistently monitor the relationship between emotional intelligence and strategic alignment. The aim of this paper was to assess the relationship among emotional intelligence, communication effectiveness, knowledge, and strategic alignment. The researcher concluded that emotional intelligence and communication effectiveness due to knowledge play key roles in improving process of communication and social development between managers and employees in educational administrations and Agriculture Bank of Iran.
