چکیده :

Biofilms are microbial communities that can cause various diseases. Several genes with regulatory roles in biofilm formation are known including als1. According to studies Serine/Threonine Protein Kinase is required for biofilm formation. Staurosporine compound has inhibitory activity of protein kinases through the prevention of ATP binding to the kinase. In this study phosphorylated serines and threonines in the ALS1 protein were identified by NetPhos Yeast 1.0. Furthermore it is found that CAMK protein kinase family such as GIN4 protein kinase is responsible for phosphorylation of serines and threonines in ALS1 protein. Then the interaction between GIN4 protein kinase and Staurosporine drug was studied by hex docking server. The results showed that an alpha helix of GIN4 protein kinase interact to an alpha helix of Staurosporine drug.
