چکیده :

Internet shopping is defined as purchasing of goods or services through the internet. In recent years, this process is mostly used by consumers. In this study, consumer behaviors in e-shopping are analyzed using UTAUT model. On the basis of results obtained, Performance Expectations and Facilitating Conditions influence upon online shopping. This study was carried out in Erzurum, in Turkey.
