Usage of low and medium-level technologies in development of employment and rural entrepreneurship with fuzzy AHP method

This study is to apply low and medium-level technologies model in technology incubators of Mahallat and Nymvar to develop employment and rural entrepreneurship through fuzzy AHP method and explain effective factors by a descriptive survey research. The main research purpose is not necessarily its usability in the field of superior technologies, but it can be used as a successful approach in the field of low and medium-level technologies. Achieving a more or less comprehensive approach and unified image of intervention about rural development and entrepreneurship is through extraction and layout of structural elements and functional patterns experienced by other countries. This view, as a strategy, massive Operating plan or the paradigm stemmed from experience towards thought guide and rural sustainable development practice for achieving the goals and functions such as entrepreneurship, empowerment, capacity building, and combatting poverty and so is practical. Secondary objective is to determine the relative importance of employment and rural entrepreneurship development according decision-makers’ perspective using fuzzy AHP and converting fuzzy numerical values to certain values and the final ranking. Initially decision makers are asked about the importance of each option proportional to other options through questionnaire developed by paired comparison matrix. Determining the weight of objectives, various methods like special vector method, entropy, geometric mean, developing analyze, least logarithmic squares are used. AHP results showed that indicators such as cultural industries, tourism development, breeding (Plants, fish), distance among low and medium-level technologies are included in the model calculation and adopted more with low and medium-level technologies.
