چکیده :

The present study aimed to examine the role of Persian teaching books in integrating the cultural and historical relationships among Iran, India and Turkey. The population of research, which was conducted in a descriptive-analytical framework, included all Persian teaching books among which three books of Farsi Biyamouzim (Let‘s Learn Persian), LezateKhandan (The Joy of Reading), and DarkeMatlabeShenidary (Listening Comprehension) were purposivelyselected as sample. Afterwards,a researcher-made framework for assessing the criteria of improvingcultural relationships including ?joint vocabularies‘, ?national and intercultural symbols‘, ?cross-national commonalities‘ and ?common historical representation‘ were represented and the samples were examined. The data analyzed through tabulation and percentage showed that ?Farsi Biyamouzim? could successfully achieved ?joint national and inter-cultural symbols‘ while ?DarkeMatlabeShenidary‘ obtained satisfaction in ?joint vocabularies‘ in teaching Persian as a solidarity instrument; finally, findings represented that ?LezateKhandan‘ had so many advantages in all three criteria, especially ?national and cross-cultural symbols‘ and ?common historical representation‘. Based on the findings, a proposed model of cultural integrity proved that some factors like ?accentuating literary figures, genres, poems‘ and ?cross-national commonalities like rituals and traditions‘in Persian teaching books could be of crucial significance and effectiveness in strengthening the cross-cultural ties among Iran, India and Turkey. At the end, some suggestions were made to enhance the status of Persian teaching books with regard to the cultural relationships.
