Children's intestinal parasites are often a worldwide outbreak. The parasites directly contaminate the soil through the feces, orally and indirectly through water. Survival, proliferation and Transmission of parasites are possible in non-sanitary environments. Giardia Lambia is the most commonly known parasite in developed countries that spread worldwide and is also the common cause of infectious diarrhea in the world. Infection in children is more common than adults and at least 10 Giardiasis cysts can cause infection. This study was conducted to investigate the giardia epidemiology in kindergartens in Sabzevar and the suburbs. In order to carry out this research, 17 kindergartens from Sabzevar city, 12 kindergartens were randomly selected (clustered sampling), from which 592 children (292 males and 298 girls) were sampled three times and sampled One-time painful utensils were used. The stool samples were immediately examined in the laboratory, of which 592 children (99.16%) had Giardiasis and 29 (89.4%. %) Were infected with other parasites (Histolithic, Ascaris, Isospora). In the same experiments, this experiment was conducted on the outskirts of Sabzevar: from 6 kindergartens, sampling was carried out. Of the 42 patients, 16 (38.9%) were infected with Giardia lamblia (5 males (25.31%) had 11 males (75.68%) and 5 had other parasites. According to the results of this study, nursery children should be regularly tested for feces. Teaching children about hygiene issues and education is one of the most important steps that children refrain from bringing toys to the mouth
