چکیده :

Modeling the flexible flow shop could be intricate and non-linear system which consists of different parameters. In this paper, an incipient approach for engenderment line policy and orchestrating quandary is developed. First, the activities are simulated by incorporating learning effects. Engenderment functions are estimated utilizing historical data. Then, simulation is carried out for different scenarios which are accumulations different policies. Several outputs including: Transporter 8 (OUTPUT) Assembler10 (OUTPUT) are computed. Since the quandary is multi-criteria, data envelopment analysis method is utilized to cull the preferred policy. In order to show the applicability of the proposed approach, the data for a series engenderment line is utilized and different scenarios with different policies are investigated. Since many scenarios are needed to be simulated, Taguchi orthogonal array design is utilized to reduce the number of scenarios. The proposed approach of this study would avail managers to identify the preferred strategy considering and investigating sundry parameters and policies. This is the first study that introduces an integrated multi-criteria approach for optimum maintenance policy and orchestrating.
