Water is liquid that live is not possible without it. But, use of the valuable material be
exposed to constraints. So that occurrence of recent droughts with irregular extractions from
renewable water resources coincide with increasing water demand and this has caused to
rising pressure for the extraction of freshwater resources. With the current trend of water
extraction, we would consider crisis of water resources scarcity in the future. While our
country has vast saline and brackish water resources. Therefore, it is necessary to do coherent
planning for water management and use of new water resources in agriculture sector. The use
of saline and unconventional waters in agriculture requires earning knowledge and correct
management. Hence, in this study dose investigated the importance of use of saline and
unconventional water for irrigation and then offered management solutions.
