By academic failure ,we mean reduction of academic and educational(training) performance of students from a satisfactory level to an Undesirable one(7) . The term, decline or loss in education has been taken from the language of economists. If the final product of this organization is human resources, the term of loss or decline refer to that part of capital and raw materials that have not yielded the desired result in human resource production(10). The academic failure involves a number of issues such as failing, leaving school, etc. here, it means reducing the student's performance level from the satisfactory one to the unfavorable level. so that, if there is a gap between the potential and the actual talent of student, this distance indicates academic failure.
