چکیده :

Quality Control for an X-ray tube depend strongly on the accurate assessment of the primary spectrum. By using the a Monte Carlo model, can be created a Response matrix related to The Pulse Height Distribution (PHD) recorded in the detector for the primary X-ray spectrum. In this paper, an appropriate procedure for achieving the primary spectrum using Compton spectrometry with MCNP5 code is created based on the Monte Carlo method, and to achieve the Primary spectum, the unfolding methods of the spectrum based on the single values decomposition such as MTSVD and Tikhonov to the matrix Responses are applied and the results of the used methods are investigated. The detector used in this paper, is the high-purity germanium detector (HPGe).
