The Evaluation of Exchange Rates of Euro

We analyze the evaluation of exchange rate of euro and show the reaction of the exchange rate to inflation fluctuations and the results of this change on economic growth in countries of euro area for period 1999-2011. Finally we show that the real exchange rate has inverse relationship by domestic inflation and direct relationship by foreign inflation.
