The main purpose of this study is analysing the the performans of medium and large scale firms that operating in Turkey manufacturing industry by their production shares changes in industry and the marginal capital producttivity approach. In order to studying the industrial progress process of firms that registered in IMKB, in the base of the capital changes of firms (in the base of entrance and outgoing of capital), the weighted production shares for 2005-2010 calculated by us and by method of following the capital productivity, industrial production structure would be analysed. According to study results, in related to capital entrances in sub-sectors, the weighted production shares of firms not increased seriously; but there is importantly capital meltdown observed.
