Fungal flora rate of common carp(cyprinus carpio)in Aras dam Lake

Objectives: The aim of this research is tostudy the rate of fungal flora in common carps in Aras dam Lake . Materials &methods: 120 fishes were hunted during a month from Aras Dam Lake for sampling . The samples were cultured in subourdextrose agar and subourdextrose agar and subourdextrose choloramphenicle agar . The samples were collected from the operculum and the skin of the hunted fishes . After culturing ' the culture plates were kept in 23-25 c for 15 days . Fungal colonies were seen and microscopic slides were prepared for more study . Results & conclusion : From a total of 720 samples ' geotirychum was separated from the opperculum of 76 cases' Rudotrolla was separated from 37 cases and Candida albikans was separated from 249 samples . Considering the increase of the world's population , producing more protein products is very important . For many reasons ' fish culturing is the most effective way to produce protein in the future. Comparison among pig ,poultry ,cow and fish husbandries shows the great knowledge about how to use the equipments ,fish condition and the quality of the water frequently ,can decrease the stress of the fishes that can cause fast growing
