Examination of the relationship between organizational entrepreneurship and spiritual leadership

This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational entrepreneurship and spiritual leadership . While it is basically a strategic and a cross-sectional study, a correlational case study and a survey approach have been used as the research methods to conduct it. 26 of employees of Aghajari Oil & Gas Processing Company (AOGPC), Maintaining & Fixing Planning Administration were the statistical universe in this research. Using Morgan Scale, the sample decreased to 24 individuals. Random simple sampling has been used for sampling method. Then , the required data collected using a model of questionnaire. To analyze the data, the authors use SPSS software. Results revealed a meaningful relation between organizational entrepreneurship and spiritual leadership
