چکیده :

In this study, CoNi and CoNiFe nanowires were fabricated using pulsed electrodeposition within porous anodic alumina oxide (AAO) templates, prepared by a two-step anodization process. Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM) has been used in backscattering mode for studying the microstructure of nanowires. The analysis of the microstructure by FESEM images showed that the nanowires have a diameter of 30 nm and length of 10 μm (equal to the template pore length). Magnetic properties were studied by a Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) equipped with angle-dependent measurement. It was observed that, while the magnetocrystalline easy axis in CoNi nanowires is perpendicular to the wire axis, in CoNiFe the magnetic easy axis is parallel to the wire axis.
