چکیده :

This study aimed to identify factors influencing on organizational justice among bank’s employees in Shahrekord. Population is all bank’s employees in Shahrekord. Research tool for gathering information was a questionnaire that includes questions of organizational justice from Mormon and Inhofe. The research method is correlative. In this study due to normal use of parametric test data, Pearson correlation and t-test, Fisher f-test were used. Finding of this study showed a significant relation between organizational trust and organizational justice. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational justice and gender so that organizational justice among men is more than the women but there is no relationship between organizational trust and marital status. The results showed that organizational justice has a significant relationship with the level of education and organizational justice also increases with higher education.
