چکیده :

Maybe we can not consider a definite level to achieve productivity and what is of great importance is achieving optimum level in doing the organizational duties. The present study investigated the effective factors on improving human resources productivity in the form of organizational factors of Koopman model. The present study is applied in terms of aim and is descriptive-correlation in terms of method. The statistical population is the employees and managers of Road and Transportation ministry and by Morgan table, 196 people were determined and were selected randomly and were evaluated by distributing the questionnaire. The analysis between all the results was done via Spearman correlation coefficient, regression and U Mann-Whitney test and Friedman test. Based on the results, there was a significant relationship between organizational factors and human resources productivity and the major influence was employees’ participation on productivity.
