چکیده :

With the beginning of postindustrial era, organizations environment has become dynamic and full of changes and complexity was proposed as a dominant issue. In Complex and competitive business world, are not allowed that we speak of a successful business without the proper strategies. Strategic analysis, strategy formulation and selection are two important components of the strategic management process, which requires the identification and analysis of strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats within the corporate environment. Universities such as non-profit are faced with a comolex environment and bubbling like other organizations. Correct guidance of universities is requires an understanding of internal and external environment and get smart strategic decisions. In this study, has been identified internal and external environment of university and determined to thair appropriate strategies by approach based on AHP-SWOT. Results of this study showed that universities in todays world, should have a deeper relationship with industry and community, in addition its primary mission that is education and research, to implement their research And also play a role in creating a more efficient labor markets.
