This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the productivity of the sugarcane agro-industry perspective Drshrkt managers took. The research method is descriptive - correlation is a survey of 70 managers is the sugarcane agro-industry company. Due to the limited population sampling was used. Standardized data gathering tool was a questionnaire consisted of face and content validity was confirmed using expert analysis and reliability based on Cronbach's alpha levels were .In this study, Cronbach's alpha coefficient for Factor experience, 0/82, agent training, 0/82, Motivation 0/78, Managing Stress, 0/73, the operating efficiency of 0/78 of the coefficients, acceptable internal reliability for the measurement tool shows. Data analysis using spss software using descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation and regression analysis was performed. Results indicate that the experience, motivation, training, and stress has a direct and significant correlation between labor productivity
