چکیده :

Major elements of the management plan are also an important source of strategic and organization of human resources, an important part and discussion is of Strategic planning. Human resources planning (HRP) is part of the generally organized plans and its goal to identify and meet staff requirements are according to changes in the future. In this research, our goal is to help of the Organization for Economic Affairs and Finance Information ardakan city, including the number of organizational units, grouped in different sections of people, the average salary of staff, regular staff training costs and the maximum budget allocation law, and training staff can be by goal linear programming (GOAL PROGRAMMING) a model for estimating and allocating to Human resources provide the mentioned. For achieve results of model was used from LINGO 11 software of Operational Research. Results of this study, implying that the three goals set (in parts of jobs, Corporates and value-added), Human resources planning (HRP), has been achieved and the total deviations of more and less of goals ( ) ، is zero. Indicates that in order to achieve organizational goals and achieve a minimum cost of recruiting and hiring.
