چکیده :

This research surveyed to analysis relation between two important variables Emotion intelligence and organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is effective factor in management and behavioural science literature in the relationship between individuals and organizations. Main Independent variable of this research is Emotion intelligence of public banks branches of Kerman city, which its dimensions relations with organizational commitment has been studied. Research’s statistical society, is staff of public banks of Kerman city including 250 persons which 150 persons were elected in form of relative stepped random sampling and required information were achieved by using survey method and by means of questionnaire( Bar –An sentiment intelligence questionnaire and Alen& Mayer organizational commitment question are). In order to raw data analysis, spss statistical software is used and various statistics, the most important hypothesis of this research is in the field of relation between Emotion intelligence and organizational commitment of public banks staff of Kerman city. Other auxiliary hypothesis also analyzed in this research. This research results show that there are meaningful relations only between four dimensions: self-awareness, self- controlling, incitement and organizational commitment from five-dimensions of Emotion intelligence (self-awareness, selfcontrolling, incitement, sympathy and social skills).
