Studying the Effect of Information Technology (It) On Intellectual Capital and Organizational Innovation

Nowadays, information technology is a new approach that has affected all aspects of the organization, in a way that the notion of an organization without IT and keeping pace with new technologies seems impossible. Process of adoption of information technology innovation includes successive steps that an organization, before starting to implement a new technology, goes through. The main decision happens between the two steps of adoption and implementation. In the early stages, the organization gets some information on innovation and attitude to-wards its acceptance is formed and in following stages evaluates the new technology or ideas. In another word, starting step involves awareness, consideration and intention. In the implementation stage the organization de-cides to provide new technologies to use them, therefore, the adoption of innovation that is prior to its decision of implementation is very significant.
