چکیده :

Niosomes serve as the ideal analogy for cellular biomembranes. Due to their biocompatibility, the development of biopolymeric drug carriers is getting popularity. By preventing detrimental impacts on the health of cells and tissues, niosomes function. The primary compound in turmeric, known as curcumin, is responsible for its medicinal effects. PEGylated nano-niosomes formulation herbal bioactive substance for drug delivery to cancer cells and slow release to minimize side effects and increase drug effect. In this research, PEGylated Cationic Nano-niosomes (CUR; a Chemosensitizer) were used to increase the therapeutic effectiveness in the MCF-7 cell line. Nan-niosomes are used to deliver curcumin to cancer cells as a carrier, stabilizing the medication due to their short biological half-life, low solubility, and low absorption. A medication with an anti-cancer action at > 95% and a size of 100 nm can be made using nan-niosomes with a herbal active ingredient as a nanosystem and the herbal remedy curcumin. The pharmaceutical, medical, health, and environmental industries, as well as nanotherapy, cancer detection and treatment, gene delivery, cosmetics, the food business, and agriculture, can all benefit from this combination.
