This study aimed to assess the environmental risks of tapping oil plant (5) oil and gas company Karoon Ahwaz. After reviewing the activities and processes of the risks and factors are identified potentially harmful. And the risk assessment process was conducted with EFMEA methods and techniques through a decision-making hierarchy (AHP) Rick probability of scoring and was calculated by distributing questionnaires related experts.calculation of risk index was equal to 0.069 risks homes were then ranked on the basis of this calculation, the house has two high-risk, 2 medium risk and 11 low risk level. Of course for all levels of risk management strategies proposed amendments were proposed.Czech continuous cyclical with number RPN = 0.174 lowest risk score and risk ranking it last won at home job.
