رابطه بین مدیریت دانش با بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان غربی

IT can act as a powerful tool for efficient and effective Vabzarhayy all aspects of knowledge management including acquisition, distribution, and can provide answers to students. The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between knowledge management using information technology departments and youth sports in Western Azerbaijan province. The study population included all office employees and sports and youth population was set equal to the sample. Questionnaires to collect data from two knowledge management (reliability 0/90) and information technology (reliability 0/97) was used. This study was conducted to describe the correlation of the form field. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical methods (smear tests Klmvgraf Nvf, Levine, Pearson correlation and analysis of variance) and to check the validity of the exploratory factor analysis (EFC) and confirmatory (CFA) was used. IT score to 106/3 (maximum score 168) and the mean knowledge score 55/7 (maximum score 78) the results of the study indicate that a significant positive relationship between knowledge management using information technology there.
