Empowering the staff is an important managerial tool that can be applied to guide human
resources. Since progress in development of human resources Health centers is accompanied with
more than other sectors, the present article deals with studying the importance of empowerment of
human resources in organizations and improvement of job performance in health section. This study
has utilized many valid resources from related subject. Through reviewing the studies accomplished,
considering the organization human resources and educating capable individuals, we may reach a
new approach of performance management.
