چکیده :

Each organization the several stages during their life time. These steps include: Product introduction, growth, maturity, saturation and decline. Already saturated market automaker and there is strong competition for market share one of the most important strategies for facing automakers to survive in stage saturated and descent, to reduce the cost. One area that can be implemented in a cost reduction program would be logistics and supply chain fielding the present investigation to "Strategy formulation to use of elements of logistics and supply chain factors)" are discussed. The statistical population consists of 43 managers of Iran automaker Company. Beginning with a review of previous research and interviews with the target population elements of logistics and supply chain factors identified using FAHP technique. According to results the management of supplier performance with minimum weight as the raw material weaknesses and asset management firm with a strong point of highest weight.
