چکیده :

With a fast-paced changes and more complex and uncertain environment, there is not enough information available to administrators to decide for future. If the organizations do not accompany with these changes, they will be doomed. Hence, it should have constant changes and adaptation to external environment, which is one of the main factors of learning organization. Creating a learning environment and improving and enhancing the quality of ideas and existence of common goals are the requirements for creating a learning organization, in which each member seeks required awareness, information and knowledge to modify and apply them in practice in order to adapt him/her and the organization to the changes in the environment. The organizational learning in this organization is assessed in three individual, group and organizational layers. The study is of practical purpose and it is descriptive in terms of its collecting nature and is cross - sectional survey. Its statistical territory includes 110 managers, doctors and employees related to the purchase and sale of medical devices and equipment in Zemzeme hearing Clinic; the sample size was selected to be 92 people using Morgan Table, so as to provide solutions for the adaptation and creation of such organizations (learning organization). Also, due to the increasing development of technology in this field, some guidelines will be provided for this organization to keep in pace with technology and adapt to changes and transform organization into learning organization.
