چکیده :

Background: Today, different social systems face increasing and complicated challenges. Changes happen so fast, people make new communications with each other and different forms of competition is starting to appear. Entrepreneurship is an ability that in these days can save current systems and warrants their survival. Also, the entrepreneurship factor is so important in description and explanation of entrepreneurship activities. Objective: Entrepreneurship process can be studied and examined, in different aspects, but finding the relationship and it’s position to other components of a management, economic system and it’s process is more necessary. Methods: The participating persons are 110 managers of governmental organizations of Mazandaran. The tool of collecting information is a creativity and organizational entrepreneurship standard questionnaire that used the pearson’s rank order correlation coefficient, chi- square and freedman test.Results : Results obtained from the research data analysis, approving the secondary hypothesis, has proved, in 99 percent level, the research main hypothesis i.e “there is a meaningful relationship between organizational creativity and entrepreneurship.” Conclusion: Results emphasizes the creativity and entrepreneurship of managers have important roles in governmental organizations's development.
