ZnO n anoflowers were p repared as an easy b y chemical m ate-rials s uch as NH4 OH and TOA and s alt of zinc by hydrothermal method in four steps. The morphological f eatures, crystallinity, and optical p roperties of t he ZnO n anoflowers were s tudied by SEM images, EDX analysis XRD pattern, UV- vis, PL, and FT-IR Spec-troscopy. F T- IR spectra showed a s trong b and at 622 cm− 1 is at-tributed to the Z n-O s tretching b and. XRD results s howed that the obtained ZnO n anoflowers were composed of h exagonal wurtzite phase with very good crystallinity. The P L and UV absorp tion spec-tra s howed a b road green band emission and a relatively narrow absorbtion band at 550 and 274 nm, respectively. EDX analysis confirmed t hat t he separator s ubstance h ad removed completely and t he product i s very pure and only contains compounds of zinc and t he oxygen. The S EM images s how t hat Z nO nanoflowers with of 400 and 50 n m i n d iameter were s ynthesized.
